Unity Care NW accepts Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, and private insurance. We’ll bill any insurance plan, but if your insurance does not pay for a service, you are responsible financially for the cost — so it's worth double-checking with your insurance plan that Unity Care NW is in-network before your visit.
