Log in to your existing MyChart account and follow these instructions to add Unity Care NW as one of your providers. You can also watch this video to show you how to link accounts.

Access to Family Accounts

After signing up for MyChart, friends and family can be given access to an adult patient’s account using these instructions.Parents & ChildrenParents have limited access to the accounts for children 12 and older. If a child 12 and older wants to grant full access to their parent or guardian, they can:Login to MyChartClick the menu icon at the top of the screen and search for “Sharing Hub”Click the purple icon for “Family member, close friend, or caretaker”Click the same purple icon for “Manage ongoing access”Click the + sign to invite friends or familyFill in the information requested, including parents email address, and click “Adult Accessing Adult”Click “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”Click Send InviteYour parent or guardian will receive a link. They need to click it and follow the prompts to link their account to yours.
