I've had an unusual path to community health. I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mozambique, worked on HIV treatment programs in sub-Saharan Africa, and was part of clinical research trials at a Johns Hopkins center focused on American Indian health. I also worked at a community health center in Los Angeles before coming here.

All of that experience taught me one thing: people deserve care that truly meets them where they are. I speak Spanish, and I'm passionate about making sure everyone has access to quality care, no matter their background.
