I joined Unity Care NW in 2022. I serve as a Behavioral Health Consultant and Clinical Supervisor in our Primary Care Behavioral Health program.
My background includes clinical health psychology and nutrition and I focus on behavioral medicine, chronic disease management, and the connection between nutrition and mental health. I am passionate about advancing health through weight-neutral, evidence-based approaches that lasting.
